This is an excerpt from an email to Jim Dorsey concerning the changes to the leadership of TX-USA wrestling:

Jim,
USA Wrestling has been provided with a signed Certificate and related documentation which sufficiently demonstrates to USA Wrestling that a new Board of Directors and Officers were elected for Texas USA Wrestling, Inc. at a special member meeting held on August 29, 2009. In reliance on matters stated in the Certificate as being true and accurate, USA Wrestling recognizes this newly elected Board and Officers of Texas USA Wrestling. Tony Black, USA Wrestling Manager of State Services, will be in attendance at the Annual Convention to be held at the Radisson Hotel in Dallas on September 19. I want to assure you that the decision of USA Wrestling on this matter involves absolutely no taking of sides or going against one group in favor of another. USA Wrestling values the participation and support of all of its volunteers who so passionately help carryout the mission, programs and activities of USA Wrestling. Setting aside personal feelings and perspectives, the situation within Texas USA Wrestling is a matter of corporate governance within the organization, and abiding by the Bylaws and applicable Texas law. We trust that Texas USA Wresting will move forward in a cohesive and productive manner. Please keep us informed of any further developments.
